#BubbleNoBubble

To borrow from that over-used twitter hashtag …

In reading through today’s financial media, I came across the following, all focused on the bubble that may or may not exist

and all of these without actively searching for “bubble”.

Meanwhile, all weekend the network news have been overflowing with images of Black Friday madness, “best ever” apparently. Reality check:

All this chatter against a back drop of decreased ‘labour participation’ rates, US payroll numbers that are still below 2008 levels and flat sales.

Needless to say I await the correction … #JustSayin
